Consultation requests are reviewed individually before confirmation.
Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be:
- Rescheduled
or - Refunded
Consultations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
One rescheduling request may be accepted depending on physician availability.
Requests submitted less than 48 hours before the requested consultation schedule may be subject to limited availability and additional fees.
If the physician determines that the case is not appropriate for online consultation before confirmation, no consultation fee will be requested.
Technical interruptions or force majeure situations may require rescheduling of the consultation.
